Depart from here people of the Lord

You’ve stood this ground far too long
Waiting for that sign and then the next

Depart from here people of the Lord
It’s as easy as taking it step-by-step

By dissecting it accordingly
And moving
One move – one action – one execution at a time

To get you closer than where you were before

Depart from here people of the Lord
It has to come from you – it is within you

Bring passion and desire to your dreams
          – to your plans
It is the will to bring them to pass
          with an internal push

And where you don’t have them
Go and dream again

Depart from here people of the Lord
Its not set out by one way,
but there’s one goal
one destination

A journey’s the sum of all the shifted ways
you’ve found
to take you from where you started
to where you’re going to

So let your drive
drive you to your intended destination

Depart from here people of the Lord
And stay the path – remain on your journey

There’s no worthy accomplishment in life
except the accomplishment completed
in the authenticity of who you are
